The Merrimac River Rowing Association in Lowell, MA is seeking an experienced person to coach the following programs:

• Open and Masters Sweep Rowing
• Learn to -Scull and -Sweep Programs
• Individually scheduled private and small group sessions

The qualified candidate should:

• Have exceptional communication skills

Programs will run from June through August, during the mornings and evenings (exact schedule TBD and is somewhat flexible based on coach’s availability).  Administrative support for each program will be provided by a MRRA "Program Director".  Experienced MRRA scullers will also be available to assist teaching the entry level student classes.

MRRA prefers to hire one coach but would consider hiring separately to align coaching, member and program needs (i.e. sculling only, sweep only).  Competitive salary offered.
